
Turn
In 12 days of starting a meditation practice, seated, I sat 11 out of the 12.
Then I took a day off Intentionally, then ended up with a second day off- and then a third. Noticeable change in demeanor.
Starting the day count over- looking to go 15 days in a row for 15 minutes (min.) starting today! (well, I wrote that in my journal yesterday, but you get the jist)
PS- boy do i need to get that meditation cushion!
Day One

sat then sat some more. nothing more to say.
Day Two

Meditation first thing is still weird. I definitely prefer mid day But at the same time I can completely see the benefit of the morning meditation. There is no “better” between these things- they have different benefits.
I have found the time of day thing interesting- the activities that benefit from being worked on at various times of the day…
the commitment to meditation practice is a lesson in sacrifice. Have been sitting daily now for 3 + years, it has become a way of life
